My name is Chris and my wife is Nina. We are a husband and wife team that love painting. With my 27 years of experience and Nina's 15 years, we've accomplished a variety of projects. We take pride in our work and get so much satisfaction from painting transformations. We care strongly about honesty and good communication.
The long.......
I've been painting since I was 15, when a family friend took me under his wing and taught me how. Although I loved painting, I thought this was a great summer job to have but never thought of it as a career.
I went to BCIT for power engineering because my dream job was to work for Rogers Arena. After I graduated, I moved to a northern community to get the training I needed to get me closer to my dream job.
While waiting to get hired I continued painting. I had always worked for someone but met a building company that gave me a chance to work for myself. I realized how much I enjoyed the planning, organizing and execution...I loved the satisfaction of seeing a project come together. One project led to another and by the time the power engineering job became available, I was fully invested in my own painting company. I declined the job offer and never looked back!
When Nina and I met, she decided to give painting a try to see if she liked it. She loved it! We've been working together for the last 15 years, each bringing different strengths, we are a great team!
